Last weekend at the Tri-Athy Double Olympic Triathlon ( 3000m swim, 80km cycle, 20km run) she came home in 5hrs 14mins for another excellent podium finish (2nd place again). A truly phenomenal effort against some of the best athletes in Europe.

Donnie MacLeod and Eilidh MacKenzie both ran in the British Milers Club Sports City event in Manchester on Saturday night as part of their own build-up. Donnie continued his great early season form to run 1.51.75 in the 800m and Eilidh MacKenzie 4:48:46 in the 1500m.
