Water Temp: Average 85 degrees with 85% humidity in July

Swim: 1,500m‚ (2 laps): No wetsuits as water temperature will be in mid 80s
Bike: 40k (3 laps): TT Bikes will be allowed
Run: 10k ‚ (4 laps)

The run is essentially all on the flat. The bike course is mostly flat with three small climbs. The profile below exaggerates the gradient, the first two climbs are shallow and reach the same high point of just under 25m on the out and back section of the lap. The third climb has the steepest gradient on a technical turn with a high point at around 30m. There is also one hairpin turn which you will have to slow down for.
